Kasy grew up in the “Deep South” when manners made the man…..and the woman. Her genteel manners and drive to “be her best” helped her to become a Sales Director for Mary Kay Cosmetics in the late 70’s and again in England when Mary Kay contacted her to help open their UK office.   While living in England she spent 16 years helping ex-pats from many countries settle into life abroad, learning European do’s and taboo’s. Kasy also prepared European ex-pats for life in America.   She organized numerous activities, trips and events to encourage people to know and understand different peoples and cultures.

In her quest to help individuals “be their best” Kasy spent many years developing etiquette programs for people in all walks of life, including programs for adults in business, sport, social and wedding etiquette;  programs for college & university students to prepare them to transition from backpack to briefcase; children’s programs for ages 4 & up Etiquette For Schools and Etiquette & Cotillion; and Mommy, Me & Manners for under 4’s. Her innovative program, “Etiquette YOU-niversity” provides online social skills training for all ages.

Under Kasy’s direction, The Galaxy Corporation Etiquette & Protocol has produced etiquette videos for adults, children and the real estate market.

She continues to develop programs in answer to requests of parents and professionals who share her concern and understanding of what poor social skills are doing to our country and our world.

Kasy divides her time between homes in Florida and Virginia. She is the proud parent of three extremely polite young adult children.
