The Business Etiquette and Social Etiquette courses help people from all walks improve their manners and social graces.  These courses, covering every aspect of manners, are divided into Business Social Skills, Personal Social Skills, and Dining Skills. These courses provide not only a good understanding and working knowledge of the topics covered, they provide the ultimate training of every possible detail for the selected topics.

Entrepreneurs, sales people, teachers, executives of all ages, parents, teachers, customer service agents,  in fact, everyone who understands the need for better social skills will benefit from these courses.

 

FAMILY PROGRAMS (available now)

Our Family program provides lessons the entire family can enjoy together.  Families grow closer when and learn respect for self and others when learning manners together.  Plus, it's FUN!  Lessons include activities, star charts and printouts to enhance learning.

 

SPORTS ETIQUETTE PROGRAMS (available now)

Many times business is done on the golf course and at other sporting events.  Our Sports Etiquette program ensures you know the written and unwritten rules to be successful in this arena.  Beginning with PLAYING GOLF FOR BUSINESS we are continuously adding information on additional sports.


SUCCESSFUL NETWORKING PROGRAM (in development)

Successful business people are successful networkers. Networking is a vital component in developing business, in getting ahead and establishing credibility, yet few of us ever learn to network successfully. We hear comments such as…..”I don’t network…I wouldn’t know what to do.” ….. “I tried networking, but I never got anything out of it.”……”Networking is just a bunch of people trying to get me to spend money with them.”

Successful networking does not just happen.  Successful networking requires planning, practice and most of all…..training.  You may be thinking “I know, I know….but how do I find the time, the costs are prohibitive and I don’t have a clue where to start!”


PROFESSIONAL IMAGE PROGRAMS (in development)

Dressing For The Occasion and Image are covered in this program.  From understanding business, business casual, country club attire, Casual Friday and many others, we strive to help you always present yourself in the best possible manner.  Posture, presence and general confidence complement the other courses in this program.

 

BULLY, BULLY, BULLY PROGRAMS (available now)

Programs Whether on the school playground, a sports field, in the office, organizations, family, relationships….throughout life we all encounter bullies.  These lessons help us to deal with bullies, no matter what their age.  It also helps bullies in need of help to change.

 

COLLEGE & UNIVERSITY PROGRAMS (in development)

College & University students find much needed help in navigating the maze of college life.  Learning to live away from home, coping with roommates, to party or not to party, job interviews and the myriad of situations they face everyday as they transition from backpack to briefcase. Certificates available for successful completion (80% or higher) can be included in resumes & job applications as proof the student posses the social skills businesses seek in new hires.


TEENS & TWEENS PROGRAMS (in development)

Older Children & Teens each have age appropriate sections on the website.  Among the topics included are:

Course material ensures teens & tweens understand that we can have fun, be ourselves….and be polite.

Charts, games and activities help make learning fun.

Child & Pre-K PROGRAMS (available now)

Galaxy Gus & Galaxy Gail , two space puppets, who  have come to Earth from the “NOT-Polite” planet, keep your pre-school & elementary children occupied for hours.  They are searching for boys & girls to help them learn by visiting various manners topics such as:


* the proper use of names                         * introductions,                     * table manners

*eye contact,                                             *sharing,                               *  bully behavior

*how to behave at home & away,            *The Global Golden Rule         *friends & family

*and much, much more.

 

Interactive videos & storybooks encourage pre-school and early elementary children to develop an understanding of what it means to be polite. Printable coloring pages, charts, games and art activities help children to incorporate what they learn online into their everyday lives.

This program provides opportunities for independent study and quality family time.

 

WEDDINGS PROGRAM (in development)

Weddings are supposed to be the most beautiful time in our lives.  Insure that yours is by learning all of the do’s and don’ts before you say “I do.”  Our Wedding Etiquette program covers every aspect of the big event including:

This program includes printable worksheets and organizational charts to keep everyone organized, on schedule and happy.
