Conditions of Membership

  • Registration fee is due at time of registration.
  • Monthly membership fees will begin when program is launched.
  • Discounts may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Each family has 7 member slots. Member names may be added at any time.  Once a name is assigned to a slot, that slot will be considered filled. Another name may not be substituted.  Families with more than 5 members may contact us for additional slots.
  • Discount will be forfeited if membership is not continuous. Membership will be canceled and considered terminated if funds are not available, and/or any reason for non-payment.  If canceled a new registration fee will be required to reinstate membership.
